What is your policy on
appointment cancellations?
We kindly request a minimum of 48 hour notice for appointment cancellations.
Can I request a copy of my dental records and x rays? If so, is there a fee for this service?
Dentists covered by the HIPAA privacy rule are required to provide patients with a copy of their records and state law may also apply. Please feel free to call at any time to request a copy of your records. All we ask is that you sign a release form after which we are happy to provide you with dental x rays or other records as requested.
When is payment for services required?
The staff of Dental Health Center of Holmdel is dedicated to your ultimate comfort and dental health and extends the same care and concern in assisting you with handling dental expenses by offering options for payment.
We deliver the finest care for both your dental and overall health and strive to maintain our fees at the most reasonable levels.
Payment for dental care is kindly required at the time services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept payment in the form of Visa or MasterCard, check or cash.

Do you accept dental insurance?
Although Dental Health Center of Holmdel does not participate with insurance plans, we are happy to cooperate with patients who have dental insurance. We ask that you assign your dental benefit payments for professional services rendered to Dental Health Center of Holmdel.
Please understand that although we are happy to provide our time and expertise in assisting you with receiving dental insurance benefits, you are ultimately responsible for full payment of services to Dental Health Center of Holmdel.
How often should I have a dental exam and cleaning?
Prevention is the first line of defense in caring for your oral health. Generally speaking, a dental cleaning and exam every six months is key to keeping your teeth and gums healthy and opportunistic for your dentist to detect or diagnose any problems.
